information about RISC OS games, click the 'News' link to get all the latest

Want to join
our channel to discuss RISC OS or acorngamez? You can connect via IRC, which
stands for Internet Relay Chat. If you're a RISC OS user, you'll need to
download !Cretin to access our official channel.
If
you're a Windows user, you can download a client to gain access to the channel
here, it is
one of several Windows IRC clients.
Find where you can choose a server and
a channel to join, the server details are below.
Server:
irc.freenode.com
Port: 6667 (Standard IRC connection port). Type in
"irc.freenode.com", and you'll connect to port 6667 anyway.
Channel:
#acorngamez

AcornGamez was launched mid April 2006 to support and enhance the RISC OS games community and generally keep users up-to-date with the latest goings on in the RISC OS scene.
The site will be updated regularly with news, reviews and resources, we also have a forum and an IRC channel all of which have been linked to.
Other RISC OS game portals might have different views on stories or a piece of news that we've missed, so it might be worth checking out these portals:
